Here at ShopNshipped we're getting ready to celebrate St. Paddy's day with a stunning collection of beautiful Emerald earrings, necklaces, and rings. We're hoping to get the beloved claddagh ring shipped in time too.
The story of the Claddagh ring originated in the fishing town by Galway Bay. It was the ring of choice for marrying your loved one for many years. The ring shows two hands holding a heart which wears a crown. It symbolizes the phrase Let love and friendship ring - Love (heart) Loyalty (crown) Friendship (hands)! The tradition of the ring is as follows: if the heart faces toward you then your heart is taken. If you are single and looking for love the heart faces away from your body.
